Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are defective or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Shipping for Returns

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong item).
